b. Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily issue a refund in the form of store credit to your account. Please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

c. Return Process: To initiate a return or report a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to receive your store credit or exchange.

Please note that returns are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of misuse or non-compliance with our return policy.
